Waste heat recovery systems. We recover the available heat in exhaust gas and HT cooling water circuits to be utilized as heat source for ORC ( Organic Rankine Cycle ) power generation. The waste heat is used to evaporate and super heat an organic refrigerant that starts boiling at low temperature, which will then drive a screw expander. This screw expander is connected to an electric generator that can generate up to 200kW. Several units can be placed in parallel to generate more power.
